Sima” has been performing for eight years with about 29 shows and more than 200 dance pieces and 12 dancers. Each piece of their show conveyed a specific subject. Puzzle
Rhythm, Love, Passion, Patience, Light, Truth, Trait, Spirit, Prayer Inspired by these nine words, Puzzle tells stories from the lives of the Syrian youth. The idea of this performance was based on nine vocabularies inspired by the musician Dhafer Youssef, which for us as a whole means Humanity! Cherographed by: Alaa Kremid
toys world
By a Strange coincidence, a young man falls into a hidden city under his own. He discovers a whole world of toys, of all sizes and shapes, living under his city without anyone knowing. Sima presented in this performance a new atmosphere of fantasy, where toys play, move, think, feel and love like human beings. The dancers adopted several dancing techniques and types to imitate each of the toys that are characters of the show. The result was a captivating scenery that combines high dancing techniques with fun and humor.

A contemporary dance performance that addresses the control of “The Average” people over major aspects in life like Media, Arts, Culture and politics due to the absence of serious criticism and critics who were pushed a way from the desertion making and change process. and that is also a consequence of the control of the corrupted capital in the making of ridicule and promoting itthe public for it to become an ideal for everyone to follow and look up to We chose the title “ANSAF” as it is the most comprehensive and it has more than one side as we talk about the control of the average and how people are distributed and are cut into groups, those who are in the light and those who are forced to stay in the dark Ansaf also stands for the half made decisions that stand in the way of progression for humanity where it’s kept careless of all life changing matters
Fujairah International Arts Festival
Fujairah International Arts Festival, one of the prestigious celebrations of the United Arab Emirates that takes place every other year, of which started in 2016 to celebrate the art under the support of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammad Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah with the constant supervision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of Fujairah Culture and Media Authority. The festival is a huge artistic event that brings together artists from all over the world to perform their art in Fujairah. It covers various art fields such as music, performing arts, theatre, traditional art and etc. Artists and art troupes from fifty-five countries, for three consecutive celebrations, since Fujairah International Art Festival 2016, SIMA Dance Company’s pieces have been always one of the highlights of the program. Showcasing different themes that suit the celebration in a huge and state of the art production.
Arabs Got Talent
One of the awe-inspiring highlights of Sima Dance Company’s journey was when the Dance company had won and was declared the Grand Winner of MBC 4’s Arabs Got Talent, AGT is an Arab reality talent show broadcasted by MBC 4 in the Arab world; it is produced by MBC and was first broadcasted on 14 January 2011- The show features three celebrity judges, popular in the Middle East. After they won, they continued their journey here, in UAE, and became one of the best sought out dance company in the Middle East.
Arts in Motion
The “Arts in Motion” is an inventive programming relating visual art and dancing. Unique masterpieces from the permanent collection of the Department of Culture and Tourism are revealed for the first time (in tandem) with the art of dancing. The choreography is fully motivated by the concept of 20th century masterpieces and it is by their sense and their remarkable significance, is what pushed this choreography to be formed. This is what “Arts in Motion” is offering for the first time in Abu Dhabi, a dance performance in front of the Masterpiece. The Blue Monochrome by Yves Klein, IKB 113, painted in 1959 is the first artwork to be exhibited in Motion. For Yves Klein, the color blue is uniform and spiritual. The choice of color blue is fully embraced, followed by a trip in Assize, Italy, where he discovered the sky of the Renaissance’s artist, Giotto. In collaboration with SIMA Dance Company, the choreography created by Mr. Alaa Krimed along with four dancers reminds and perceives of Yves Klein’s creation; with music of Movement II by Philip Glass.
